Returns and Exchange
We accept returned items that are unused and undamaged, and have the original tags attached and packaging intact.
We will refund defective merchandise only. All other items may be exchanged for other merchandise.
To place a return, please follow the 2 steps below.
- Please must inform us of your intent to return or exchange within 14 days from when the items were received, otherwise, the request for return or exchange will not be accepted. You may email us at email@example.com.
- Please arrange for the return item to be delivered to the company. You must cover all shipping costs for return items. We are not responsible for return items that get lost in the mail and we do not accept collect deliveries.
Once we receive the return item, we will review its condition and confirm the receipt with you.
We will only issue a refund, send a replacement, or credit memo after receiving the return items and confirming the condition. We will make any refunds in the same method of payment of the original order.
